Richest Man

Just happen to watch a documentary on bill gates,wondering who are these people ?,so driven ,so much committed to the cause they believe in,and he too is human ,so how much potential as human do we have? success and failure is the last thing that i learnt about him,the main and most important learnings are: when asked does he ever want to give up , he said when a problem arises you have pause and look at it from a distant and decide a) whether to give up and b) work harder. When asked about his various philanthropy and humanitarian causes that he is fighting he said he does not do so to inspire he does things to optimize the resources we have ,if each of us starts optimizing the resources we have ,however limited it is we can too make a difference. the way he gets into core problem area segmenting it into frame then start finding solution hats off. do not run away from complexity ,how simply you deal with complexity can make a lot of difference. relationships that we build (friends ,family,workplace) shapes us in great way. he did not sleep various nights, eat only orange tang without water because our body already have water :) ,hence there is no short cuts we have to dig deep ,work on ourselves and the problem in hand or the career we have chosen. his undying believe in himself till date at the age of 63 ,well he believed in himself when he was 7 years and continued to do so till date when he is trying to solve climate change problem. love is most powerful force that can drive you ,whether his love for his mother his friends or his wife ,you cant survive without unconditional and pure love . lastly ,i wish you all the best sir whether you want to convert poop into drinking water and electricity or eradicating polio from the face of earth or solving climate change problem through nuclear energy. you truly are richest man on this earth . ending with quote by his mother "its not about how much you get ,not even about how much you give,its about who you become"
